This was the first time Harry know about this hotel, Harry took a chance to book this hotel and they made Harry’s day… No words can describe how thanksful Harry is for such a wonderful caring from hotel’s customer service rep Mr. Kris . He is always stand by whenever I need. If only I had a chance to vote for the best staff of the month, I could send all of my love to him. Indeed he did a good job cuz my check-in procedure in the midnight was really not good but he made it smoothly and good butler training service will help hotel attract more passengers. Hopefully I will have a chance to come over this hotel againThanks for everything

The Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel is located near the very nice and sunny Da Nang beach. From Da Nang International airport, the hotel can be reached by taxi within a really short time. Well maintained motorbikes can be rented directly from the hotel and can be parked in the guarded garage. The hotel is a new building and everything is maintained at a high standard and very clean. The rooms are large, modern and nicely decorated and very clean as well. Easily accessible by the elevators, the restaurant is located in 10th floor and the generous food tastes great. Miss Lee (Hotel Management Member) and her entire crew are very friendly and make sure that their guests feel completely comfortable in the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel. I had 3 days in Grand Boutique Hotel and got so good service of hotel.i am very amazing with hotel”s decoration and the staff very openly and sincerely,especial is Mr David(bellboy) he alway help me any information i need.I will be come back this Hotel when i have Chance in Da Nang.Thank you!

The hotel staff (all of them) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, they bent over backwards to help us with and expected nothing in return. Everyone from the staff at registration to the staff at the restaurant to the hotel security and parking attendants made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is very modern and new, and the view from the rooftop pool and restaurant is amazing. Great hotel. Great value. But I would go back again for the friendliness of the staff alone. It was a privilege to stay here.

being traveler of 16 years i discover ,the Grand Sunsirse B.Hotel, clean,and tidy resort with wide rooms,nice clean bathroom 7/24 service.co oprative,friendly management help full to fill the demand of customers,Friendly & family environment ,neat and clean roof top swimming pool quite and peace full , good quality WIFI.,located to close to central main market & convenient to excess beach.comfortable rooms great bufet breakfast with sea view. convenient to every where and direction especially to central city and markets,and friendly staff especially staff member 1 Ms.Trang Hoai and other ,I would love visit and stay there once again ever if have chance.
